2 probelms can't find cstirke.wad.....and .prt doesn't exist

i just downloaded the cs map making programs i created a map and when i was running the batch it come up can not find "cstrike.wad" so if you have any advice much appreciated

I then used zhlt.wad file in zhlt and half way through the batch file it stopped and said "Error: Portal file 'mapname.prt' does not exist, cannot vis the map" again any advice would be much appreciated

Check the log for an error from HLBSP.

HLBSP is supposed to create the .prt file if everything goes ok.

cstrike.wad is in Steam's Counter-Strike.gcf file. Go get GCFscape if you want to open gcf files.

i can find the cstrike.wad file it is in the game folder but when i run the batch it can't find it???????


also there is no "hlbsp" in the log
