All you do is click on it. Assuming Steam is installed properly and your web browser knows to forward links like this to Steam it should just install it.

I meant the SDK, where is located? What do I open it with? Its a .ncf file?

You open it though the "tools" menu. You then have access to Hammer, the Faceposer, some documentation, example maps, and gain the ability to copy the source to a directory to make your own mod.

Believe it or not, I've started to look at the code. I have plans, in this area. A game I'd wanted to try to make for a little while... what I like is that AS makes it essentially quite easy, already having the viewpoint, the structure, the sexy graphics engine, the assets... I will explain more later, after I do a little more poking around. But I can get it to compile correctly, so that's something.

Actually, the VDW sums it up best as "OK guyz i hav dis gret idea 4 a mod, all i ned is a mapper, c0der, anim/models guy, mayb sum1 4 textures kthx"
