i cant change the title of my post so its " Allocblock: Full Error without buildfacelights

When i compile my map and launch the game to test it durning the " Precaching phase" of loading the map my CS crashes and says " Allocblock: Full

I don't see anything wrong with the compiler log what can the problem be?
