Alt tab freezing

When i play Counter strike 1,6 and i press alt tab to do something else it just freezes, and i need to figure out doing alt tab till i get to counter strike again and then it unfreezes, dunno why, tell me?
I love cows and monkeys including cookies :D

You have an old graphic card I guess, cause even on my laptop, I always try to avoid alt+tabbing, cause it messes up the audio (like left panned stuff goes on the right and so I can't hear them properly)

So it's appropriate to derail when you do it, but not others? I see now. Run along, Sraw.
Since you are whining like a bitch that's been slapped, I will offer the advice of: do not run CS in OpenGL mode, try using D3D instead; or try running CS in OpenGl mode but not with the same resolution that your desktop is at. Assuming you're using an ATi card, of course.
EDIT: Wait wait wait, you say it freezes? Do you mean the game stops running or your desktop doesn't respond to anything? See if either of those things helps.

wtf u all talking of? adnimals? lol, anyways yes i have Ati graphic card, and my pc is brand new, my whole desktop freezes, i need to alt tab again until i find the CS randomly, then i need to exit to then go to normal, i will try d3d mode soon, righ tnow i use the window mode and it functions well lol but letters to smal...

Don't use d3d, it sucks. Stick with opengl please.
