Bad surface extents 16/672 at position (-256, -1024, 1536)

Bad surface extents 16/672 at position (-256, -1024, 1536)

I always get this error when i create a map in Hammer, this has happen to my last 5 maps and i cant find a way to fix it.
Can someone please help ??

I had this problem too, the way i found it i was hovering over my map on valve, and i looked at the coordinates i found my problem when i found the problem i deleted the brush. try doing that.

I don't know exactly whats wrong here i dont see any errors in the compile log upload your map and me or someone will check it out for you.

Did you do any vertex manipulation or carving in your map?
