I know. It's deep. There are multiple layers of jokes. Boduncan is apparently on the "phone", but you soon see he is holding the cat up to his head for no reason. Then he's trying to change the voltage on his RAM... in a shop-vac. And then he asks "How sure are you?" like there's still a chance it's a computer or something with RAM.
