Yup!

i got the same problem....
i dont know what routher u use but....

find ur lan ip...
and go to http://ur ip
log in and forward ur routher....
open port a port... whatever u want... (default dedicated server port 27015)

the most normal port....
then use example: 27015 as UDP port or what it is (dedicated server)

hope u understand what i meen :P
i cant take screenshots... my dad has blocked the routher for me because of i opened dedicated server.... and used all of my line ^^ damn :P
so i dont have any open ports :P

for the simplest most accurate port forwarding go to www.portforward.com the click FORWARDING choose your router and then your game you want to forward for i.e CS the follow on screen instructions. ITS SIMPLE

It worked for YOU because your ports are already open. Most people's aren't if they have a router.
