I've seen one map make a mirror of sorts by entirely replicating the room on the other side of some glass. There were doors which were triggered to open simultaneously.
If you were looking for mirrors which will reflect the player... tough.

You could rig up a fake player as a func_train and have triggers all over the room that move it to the correct position on the other side.
It wouldn't be perfectly accurate, but it would be creepy.
