I typed "nintendo ds emulator" into the Firefox awesome bar and got this: http://www.ndsemulator.com/
You kids these days! So lazy! Bear in mind, while it is perfectly legal and OK to use the emulator (providing those that develop it aren't up to any shenanigans) using the data files for games you don't already own is not and the DMCA could be very bad for you. Consider yourself warned; I'm also not going to provide links to the actual ROM files. Not that I know where they are anyway.
Have fun! Not that I know why you'd want to do this anyway...
