So what do you think of this 'new' thing?

[Its 'new' because I jus' found out about it]

Is it/could it be better than Hammer's export option?

I jus' used it and it 'worked.' It gave me an error [incomplete solid], but I still have all the wpoly count as in the rmf and all the faces and entities and everything.

Used it a couple of times a while ago ('cause I was using some front-end batch compiler that required it). I didn't really see anything different but I haven't really used it a lot.
