How hard can it be?

I've tried everything to compile my map but nothing works.

I tried the old batch file way and it didn't help.
Then I tried the zoner compile tool way and that didn't work.

The compiling goes 100% correct but when I want to play my map in CS Source it wont start.

I've been to 3 diffrent forums and no one can help me.
I talked to a guy on facebook, he also couldn't help.

Who will be the first forum to succeed?

All I want to know is how do I compile a map for CS source so that the console doesn't say the BSP file is invalid. Farmboy 102 LIVE WITH IT OR GET FRAGGED BY IT.

This is because these compile tools are for Counter-Strike 1.6, not Source. Try downloading the Source SDK and working from there. Everyone stares when you walk in the room, they stare when you go....

It can only be obtained through Steam, open up Steam press on the "Tools"-tab and download/install "Source SDK". QUACK! QUACK!

There is only one 'kind' of Steam. SteamBuster Revolution is... I have no idea. I just Googled it and it seems to be some kind of... well whatever. You need Steam from here. ok I don't know I have CSS but got it from a friend, but I got rid of steambuster and got steam but when I want to run the exe file it says can't find steam.dll Farmboy 102 LIVE WITH IT OR GET FRAGGED BY IT.

The "got it from a friend" could be the issue. You need to have legally purchased a copy of CS:S to use the Source SDK (or a game from here). Everyone stares when you walk in the room, they stare when you go....

Steam is like THE bestest content delivery platform around! Yes, bestest! And quite often it's dirt cheap :)

This sucks I got steam and I have counter-strike but after I install steam it needs to update. Now with my slow 52k internet ( if I get lucky I connect at 41kb/s ) I get to 6% then it falls back to 0% is there any way I can download the updated version of steam otherwise I'm lost.

I'm really getting tired of one problem after another it just seems as if I'm not gettin anywhere.

Hmm...I did some researching on this cracked steam
G-steam, it gives you all the games that steam supports and possibly more..I'm not sure if it has source SDK. That's about all I know..
That it's a steam crack. And that you can't use a already steam account otherwise you get banned by steam or something GO FUCK A BAGEL

The only thing I could suggest to make Steam update faster is to get a faster connection. If you're playing online with dialup, you're doing it wrong. Everyone stares when you walk in the room, they stare when you go....
