I wanna to make fence so you can see ppl and hit them through it. How to do it?

Make or find a fence texture, apply it to a block the size of your fence.

find the fence texture that has blue stuff in it
then make it a func_illusionary, and render type should be solid(i think)
then place a clip brush in that same area so people cant go through Thus spake SRAW
