i want to make my own crosshairs. i have reskinned aug from gamebanana with changed crosshair. how to make that on other weapons??

why do you want a new cross hair in the first place?

(proly has something to do with with half life model viewer 1-25)

it lays out the picture file skin on a flat surface, so you can edit the original file with Photo Shop and view it with model viewer.

I am on a journey that I hope I will never finish.

yeah but seeing how you got a new skin and that changed the cross hair, im thinking the skin over wrights the original crosshair.

there is no simple way.

and no there is no other way.

I am on a journey that I hope I will never finish.

Was there any extra files that came with that weapon skin you downloaded? Or was it just the .mdl file?

The aug and other sniper stuff crosshair can be edited by modifying the spr files... I'm not sure what the names are, but of course, you could always google.

yes there are some sprites: that crosshair and some txt documet. but i I want to change crosshair example tousp so i maked my own crosshair sprite added to cstrike/sprites and edited usp.txt like is in that aug. but nothing happens...

You can't change the green crosshairs... only the zoom-in crosshairs.

I think it's a sprite,same goes for sniper scope or even sniper unzoomed crosshair which is illegal.(actually changing the crosshair is illegal but changing size color etc is not)

i know, i want to edit zoomed sniper to realistic (real cross not with red dot in center and other dots on side lines)
