I've no idea what program this is, but it's clear that language is becoming a bit of a barrier. I'm sorry, but as far as I know most of us here only speak English (there are, of course, some lovely exceptions).

Ok in case you aren't a troll, the program should create a .wad file. You need to make a copy of this file, and then name one of them pldecal.wad and the other tempdecal.wad and copy them both into your counter-strike/cstrike/ folder (you will need to replace the two files that are already there). Once you've replaced them, you need to make them both read-only (you can do this by right clicking the file and checking the "read only" box, then hit apply).
