i was wondering is there a way to add health packs in the game that heals your health

Try the armoury_entity, I think there's a medpack there. Don't know if it works though.

nope don't have health pack but now i have another question how do you add pistols in its not in the amoury entity

try the item_healthkit then. Though it may be halflife only.
As for the pistols, I have no idea. You can equip them at the beginning of the round using game_player_equip but I don't think you can lay them on the ground...
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.

ok check out crossfire its a map I downloaded at cstrike planet, it's got healthpacks and those stuf against the walls that you use in halflife that rechareges your healt I just don't know how they create them.

this didn't work. i used the map for condition zero

ok, I'm out of ideas then.

You could probably do it with a combination of trigger_multiple, game_player_hurt, trigger_relay, multisource and env_render (if the env_render even works for cs) but I'd like to hear some other suggestions first.
