actually at first, my headphones werent working, so i thought they were broken, then i connected my speakers, and they still werent working!! then i checked the volume/device manager/ whatever and it still said it isnt working, so any ideas?

edit: uhh nevermind i fixed it, all i had to do was restart my pc!

Usually (in Windows) if a program closes unexpectedly while using the sound card then the sound card will not work for the remainder of the time (until you restart you computer).
