My Windows Vista laptop has this issue for a long time. The problem is that my computer won't update or upload anything. It won't even connect to the iTunes store.
PS: Update as in games.

Check and see if those games are using any unusual ports, and then see if those ports are blocked.
Also, are you getting any errors or anything or it just does nothing?

It says that it can't update or connect to the internet.
