i was wondering is their som eway to trigger after so much time a change in the water level like rise of lower? I'm making a level that's flooded and i got this idea for it. i wasn't sure if it was possible however

Yes you can. func_water has all the properties of a func_door, so you can move it like a func_door if you want.
