i dont know where he lives nor his stuff i googeld it and "bing" it and i need a ip address to find somthing about this person

plesss help me

he logs on once and a wile just tell me if its posable to do it

You can't get someone's IP unless they connect directly to you (or the server shares it with you) and both are quite unlikely.

Even if you had someone's IP, chances are you wouldn't be able to do or find anything.
