then press run
then type "regedit"
then use ur brain and find hammer and reset it regestry

go to :
view -> autosize 4 views ( Ctrl + A ) 
EDIT :( oops same thing killer duck said * feels ashamed * )

yes you do . well for me it autosizes the 4 views but when pressed again , it also makes the 3d view full screen .. so basically if you like changing it to full screen a lot then shift + Z is definitely better ....

WTF !! ?? did you try the "autosize 4 viewsw thing i said ??? that should work ( if you click the tab , not use the hotkeys )
its a function of hammer , so its should work .. ( and wtf did you do to make 1 of your views so big ? did you just drag it or did you set something ? )

No. It doesn't work... I know what he's going through, but on my computer it resets every time I open Hammer. There are no "4 views" to resize, you only have one view.
I reached your situation by clicking the "Load Window State", and the I could not fix it without restarting Hammer.

Tools-->Options--->General and make sure that "Load default windows with maps" is checked and that "Use independent window configurations" is unchecked.
