Truck: Texturing in Hammer Mapping

Im having the same problem with my editor....
Not able to select a brush side using the texture application tool
My graphics card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5145 (if that helps)

Also the texture tool only shows me face sheet (and not the material and description options)

Is this a problem with the graphics card or its driver?
