Do i have to put anything into C:\Program Files\Valve\cstrike\maps ??

It says:


map change failed: 'first' not found on server.

Hello dear people inside of my computer :P

Well, i have this problem - when i compile i get this error in first.err

hlcsg: Error: Could not open wad file \program files\valve\cstrike\cstrike.wad

hlcsg: Error: Could not find WAD file
Description: The compile tools could not locate a wad file that the map was referencing.
Howto Fix: Make sure the wad's listed in the level editor actually all exist

the cstrike.wad file exists, and it exists in C:\Program Files\Valve\cstrike\cstrike.wad

My .bat-file looks like this:
@echo off
hlcsg -nowadtextures first
hlbsp first
hlvis first
hlrad first
copy first.bsp "C:\Program Files\Valve\cstrike\maps"
cd C:\Program Files\Valve
pause
hl -dev -console -game cstrike +sv_cheats 1 +map first
