To copy a brush and move it select the brush, hold SHIFT, and drag the brush to it's new location.

yeah but you know some questions are really strange ....
like most are explained pretty well in the tutorial . but i can understand that cause not every1 knows English .
and not everyone has a thing called common sense
EDIT:
just copy the brush ( hold shift + dragging with mouse ) and then resize it to make one of the side walls , then you just move that one ( same way ) to make another wall , then resize those to make the other 2 walls , then copy the bottom brush and move it ( in one of the side views ) to the top to make the ceiling
